If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges as described at the time of purchase.

• Fees are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds, if any, are issued according to the plan-specific refund policy or applicable law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

06Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the services or assist others in doing so. This includes, without limitation:

• Attempting to breach security, probe vulnerabilities, or circumvent access controls.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or content that disrupts service operation.
• Using the service to violate rights, laws, sanctions, or export control restrictions.

07Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials provided by MarineIT.AI remain our property or the property of our licensors.

• You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the service.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the services.
• Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

08Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

• You may stop using the services at any time.
• Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately.
• Sections relating to payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination where applicable.

09Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services during the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.
